Micron to Start Plant Construction in August Domestic Microchip Production to Begin by 2024-End: Report

India's first semiconductor assembly plant by Micron Technology would start construction in August in Gujarat, says a report by Financial Times. The country aims to make its first domestically manufactured microchips by the end of 2024.
